Step One: Contact the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Mid-South, Inc.

When you contact us, you will get yourself on the right path to becoming a volunteer for the Mid-South chapter. 

Step Two: Complete your application

Now it's time to complete our volunteer application and send it to our office.  A copy of our volunteer application can be downloaded from our website.  You may also have a copy sent to you by mail by e-mailing our Volunteer Coordinator.  We begin processing your application as soon as we receive it.  Applications should be returned to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Step Three: Background Check

After we receive your application, we will run a background check and follow up on your three references you provided us with your application.   Please make sure your reference information is complete.

Step Four: Join Our Team

Upon approval, you will be invited to attend the next possible new volunteer training.  The training is designed to provide you with a firm foundation for your Make-A-Wish work.  Please check with your Volunteer Coordinator for training dates.
